Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We at BAHUBETÍ are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.


3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy. If you place a return request, you will receive Store Credit (BAHUBETÍ Wallet Credit).

Please note:

  • Refunds are not provided.
  • A ₹80 fee is charged for return and reverse logistics.
  • Missing or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Free shipping for international returns is not available.
  • The ₹80 fee is charged once per entire order, not per item.

To Qualify for a Return

A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must meet all the conditions below:

  • Items must be brand new, unused, and unopened.
  • All tags, labels, invoice, and packaging must be intact.
  • No stains, scratches, marks, or damage should be present.
  • Product embellishments, stones, or decorative elements must be undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original condition as delivered.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The return request is placed after 3 days of delivery.
  • Any item or accessory from the original package is missing.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • The item has been used or opened, unless it arrived damaged.
  • Free gifts are missing (free gifts must be returned together).
  • Individual items from combo or promotional bundles are requested to be returned.
  • Items bought on sale, discount, or using store credit are non-returnable.
  • Items are sent back without raising a return request.
  • Customised products (e.g., name jewellery, special orders) are non-returnable.

BAHUBETÍ reserves the right to reject a return if any of these conditions are not met.


Return Process

  2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Ensure the request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  4. Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours.
  5. We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
  6. Once the quality check is approved, the amount will be added to your BAHUBETÍ Store Credit Wallet.

Damage Policy

  • If your product is damaged during shipping or defective, we will provide a replacement.
  • You must report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Refunds are not offered for damaged products — only replacement will be arranged.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are valid only within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags.
  • A ₹80 fee is charged for exchange pickup and reverse logistics.
  • For exchange requests, WhatsApp us at +91 7718945874 (Average reply time: 3 hours).

How to Use BAHUBETÍ Store Credit

  1. Add your desired items to the cart.
  2. At checkout, select the “BAHUBETÍ Store Credit / Wallet” option.
  3. The credit amount will be automatically deducted from your total.

Note: BAHUBETÍ Wallet Credit never expires — it has lifetime validity.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a COD or prepaid order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, if cancelled before shipping, we issue Store Credit only.
  • No bank refunds are provided.
